Bill Spangler graduated from Colorado School of Trades for Gunsmithing in 1986. Spangler's Gun Repair was established in 1987, with the idea of providing the Mercer, Lawrence, Crawford, and Trumbull counties with a quality Gun Repair shop. The shop remained opened until the fall of 1999 when Bill decided to move to Las Vegas and finish his teaching career. In January 2020, Bill decided to retire as a teacher and return to his home state of Pennsylvania. Bill has since decided to re-open his gun repair business.
